    Hi!
    I’ve connected my catalog by this plugin, checked the correct information on structured data Facebook tool but when i see my product on catalog the information like ‘brand’, ‘category’ etc. are incorrect

    Example:
    i have only used products but in the catalog the contition of my products is ‘new’

    How can i correct this type of error?

    Thanks for your message!

    I’d be glad to help. The first thing you would like to check here is how the Catalog is setup: Products > Categories.

    You should map a WooCommerce category to a Facebook category (using the Google Product Category Taxonomy). Google Product Category (GPC) codes are required for the proper calculation of tax. GPC information can be set at both the global and individual product levels.

    To assign a default GPC to all products in your catalog, navigate to Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync tab and select the appropriate primary and secondary GPC in the section titled Default Google Product Category. A minimum of two category levels are required.

    This allows you to provide category specific fields to Facebook, e.g. material, size, color, style.

    I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.

    Hi @nathvi

    I have already set up the GPCs and mapped a category to try what you recommended (the mapped category is the one I would like to advertise “body shop” through a carousel advertisement)
    But going to check the final products in the catalog, their cotegory remains the GPC “Vehicles and parts> Components and accessories for cars”.
    I don’t know how to move anymore, please give me an answer that can solve the problem.

    Can you share a screenshot of how the product appears on your catalog?

    Also let us know what are you expecting to see there (exact field attributes)

    For the same product, please browse to
    WP admin >> Products and share screenshots of the Facebook meta data section to the rightside there.

    Also send us a screenshot of the Facebook related details in the Product Data section of the same product.

    Doing this for any one sample product where things are not appearing as they should, will be helpful.
