Strong Password issues when changing password

    I had forgotten my password and went to reset it, when I set up IThemes I told it to use “strong” passwords for everyone.

    When I rest my password using the strong format of lower/upper case letters numbers and special characters, I clicked the button to save it and I get the error that I need to use a strong password.

    No matter what I try no matter the length of password nothing works.

    I’ve never had a problem with Ithemes until now.
