Stripping out paragraph tags

Hey, first off I love this plugin!

I am having an issue though where it is stripping the default paragraph tags on posts on the front page where the auto excerpt is applied. Is there any way to stop it from doing this?

The problem, is I’ve set line-height, margin, etc. declarations for the paragraph tag, so when your plugin strips them, my layout gets jacked.

Please help. Thanks!
