Hi @ivanmecina, thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry to hear about this. Let me help you with this one.

First could you provide me the version of the following:
    1. WordPress
    2. PHP
    3. The Events Calendar Plugin
    4. The Event Tickets Plugin

Also, it would be good if you could follow this article here:
    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/setting-up-webhooks-for-stripe-and-tickets-commerce/

One thing to note here is that webhooks validation doesn’t work while Tickets Commerce is in Test Mode. Moreover, we’d suggest switching to Pretty Permalinks under WordPress Settings → Permalinks. Also, please make sure that you clear any caching before and after updating.

Lastly, although this is not the proper forum thread for this issue, I will help you regardless. However, this is the forum for Event Tickets: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/event-tickets/.

Let me know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you further.

    Best,
    Abz

    Hi @ivanmecina,

Since we haven’t heard from you in a while on this topic we will assume that the problem was fixed or is no longer applicable and with that I will mark this as resolved.

If that is not the case, please let us know and we will gladly remove the “Resolved” tag and try to help you further. Or you can create a new topic with the problem if you prefer.

    Best Regards,
    Abz
