Stripe Webhook Failing – API 2022-11-15

Recently the dashboard within Stripe is saying that the webhook is failing, the API within Stripe is set to the most recent version 2022-11-15 however after investigating it seems this plug-in is using an extremely old 2019-09-09 version
Is there any plan to update the plug-in API to match? Within the plug-in everything is green and saying it was processed however dashboard for Stripe is saying failed. Payments are able to be processed through okay though

There’s no fatal errors in the log files, so not sure where else to look. I did get Stripe to rollback the API to the older 2019-09-09 as that’s the same version on this plug-in but still doesn’t look like there’s any change

You can also generate new API keys (this is optional) and set up the extension again, according to this instructions below:

I have already created new API keys for the Stripe account but I’m not sure how there’s any conflict when I’ve had this site running for a while and not had any problems till the last month?

@xue28 so disable the LiteSpeed cache plug-in and then run a test transaction to see if the error still occurrs? As not sure how to disable the drop in plug-in and within my hosting system there isn’t a purge option

You can contact your hosting provider, perhaps they need to do it manually.
Let us know your findings!Turned off cache and purged but nothing still the same issue! Totally lost with what to do as there doesn’t seem like no clear fix. At this rate I’ll just turn off the webhook and stop the errors as spent a week trying to fix this!

Did you perform the conflict test previously request?
If not, then you can do so by:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Let us know your findings!Yes I done all of this and still even when using just the basic setup there is the error on the Stripe dashboard for the webhook. So the setup of the site isn’t the problem there’s something else that’s going on that’s causing the problem
I even tried a different Stripe plug-in and that was same effort, on the dashboard for the webhook saying error can’t connect to remote host
There was another level of security on my site that the hosting provider had put in place. However tweaking those settings and updating the Stripe dashboard, everything seems to be working fine now
