    My customer’s automatic renewals are failing through the stripe gateway.
    I have have had the error codes “insufficient funds” and “do not honor” the Insuffiecinet funds code I believe is in error as it is such a small renewal amount that it doesn’t justify the number of times I have received that error code.

    Initial payments works without any issue but every single renewal fails thereafter.

    Any advice on solving this problem would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    Hi Adam,

    Since you’ve already found the error codes being displayed for your failed subscription renewals, you’ll want to reach out to Stripe if you haven’t already.

    They may be able to offer a little more insight into the full meaning behind why those errors were thrown.
