• Just switched to the new SCA compliant buttons for Stripe, but they are not saving the cardholder name to Stripe, or in the WP Membership > Transactions section.

The transactions seem to be processing, and I see their name in their WP User profile, but not in Stripe or the Transactions section.

    Any idea what I’m missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, just to confirm with you. Did you follow these instructions?

    Thank you

Yes, those are the directions we’re following.

The button works, and payments are processing, we’re just not seeing those customer names in Stripe and their customer support says it’s on our end.

Thank you for providing more information. I have submitted a message to the developers to investigate further your issue.

I have done a test right now just to make sure and the transactions work fine with the names being captured in the Payments -> Transactions menu of the plugin and the Stripe account.

Are you using the latest version of the Stripe API? You can see this in the developers menu in your Stripe account. Also, make sure you that you are using the latest version of the Simple Membership plugin.

It looks like we were 2 versions back on the Stripe API, but I updated it and am getting the same result.

Also to confirm, we’re not seeing Cardholder Names, or Customer Names in the Customer view on Stripe, but they do indeed to be showing under the Payments > Transactions tab.

They are also not showing in WP under WP Membership > Payments.

    Thanks

Hi Matt, I’m just about to do the same but reading your post I’m not 100% sure if I should. Did you get this sorted?

No but we did determine the data was still getting into the order data, which was sufficient for my client. Stripe seemingly just did some updates, so I’m hoping this issue is fixed in the next plugin update.
