Stripe Publishable Key Error

Hi,
I’m trying to integrate, activate, test, then use Stripe in WooCommerce, but I get an error when trying to test my shopping cart. The error says: “IntegrationError: Please call Stripe() with your publishable key. You used an empty string.Firstly: not sure what my “publishable key” is.
Secondly, Stripe customer service said they can’t help me and pointed me to this support forum.
Can someone please provide advice for how to get WooCommerce working (with Stripe and in general).

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Can you also please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if there are any Stripe logs there relevant to the issue?

It seems that something’s up with the pushable key. Let’s try again to set up your shop and account to test payments in WooCommerce with the Stripe Payment Gateway plugin. To do this, please:
1. Go to your Stripe account (https://dashboard.stripe.com/) and confirm is set to Test mode.
2. Search for Developers, API keys and on the Standard keys section, you will find the ‘Publishable’ and ‘Secret’ keys, required to make the integration with WooCommerce. Copy the keys.

WooCommerce > Settings > Payments, search the Stripe payment method and click the Manage button.”)
4. On the settings tab, in the General section, tick the Enable Stripe and Enable Test Mode options.
5. Then, click the Edit account keys button, and on the pop-up form, select the Test tab, and paste the keys copied from your Stripe account. (Note: You can find the webhook in the Developers section, in your Stripe account).

OK. I’ve sent another request to your customer service in the support tag on the woocommerce site. I’ve included the info you asked for.
I sent requests twice before in the past 30 hours or so, but see no history of them or of the email I sent just now. Is this normal? No support ticket is created that I can access and see the history of what I’ve said (and what you say)?
