    Hey there!

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi thanks for the response.
I have switched to storefront theme and disabled all the plugins except woocommerce at product page loads fine.
The moment i switch stripe plugin on with woocommerce the issue appears.
Any idea why, seems as problem with stripe as i have storefront, woocommerce and stripe active right now.

Just to point out, the issue is when you click any Bed products only. I have tested it by disabling Stripe and it works fine. All the bed products load instantly, but when it is activated then it takes ages and session times out.
    Thanks

    Hey again!

There’s definitely something going on, as it’s taking 57 seconds for the server to respond.

High times for the server to respond is not typically a plugin issue, but I’d be very interested to see what the logs your host has can tell us about what’s happening when a page is loaded.

Can you request all the debug logs they have and then share them here?

Trust me,i have been messaging them from two days and they checked everything on their end and confirmed there is no issue.
I am not an expert myself and created this first website for my business myself.
I will request the logs, what baffles me is if stripe plugin is deactivated it all runs smoothly.
Please check the below link now,i have deactivated stripe.

Whats more surprising is that it only effects the products which are beds only, other products are loading fine even with stripe is activated.

    Hi @bedskingdom1!

Thanks for the follow-up! Please let us know once you get all the debug logs; this will help us know if there are any errors with the plugin or if this will be related to a theme or server issue.
