    I do not write logs to the wc-logs folder, the logs of all other plugins are written normally. Sometimes the status does not change to processing after payment

    Hey there!

    What order status is set instead of processing? For these orders that don’t go to processing, have you verified you received payment?

    yes, the stripe account shows that the payment was successful and the status on the site remained pending
