    Stripe payments were working without a problem when we were in the ‘test’ mode, but once we switched to ‘live’ mode we would get the following error:

    Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.

    The log from Woocommerce is below:

    I’ve contacted Stripe & they’ve told me that everything is good on their site.
    Any suggestions for how to resolve this?

  • WordPress does not provide any “Stripe payment” feature.

    What plugin are you using for this? That’s where you’d usually direct any support issues.




    We are using Halena child theme in WooCommerce.
    The plug in for payment (Stripe) is “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway”.

    Stripe asked us to contact WooCommerce = WordPress. And the link through WooCommerce took us to WordPress.
    Who are we supposed to contact?
