# stripe payment failed problem.

 * The plugin used to be workable for my woocommerce store, but recently i found
   payment fail via this plugin, it said “payment failed, please refresh and retry”.
 * The stripe account is good and I write correct API information. I don’t change
   any other configuration for the website these days.
 * How can I solve this problem?

 * I too am having this problem on my site for a month or more now. Existing customers
   had to input their credit card manually into the “payment information” page of
   the dashboard. They are not able to enter their card at check out. New customers
   have to call have me login as them in order to enter card info.
