Stripe Payment Errors

    Hi,

    I’m not able to get to enter credit card details here (Test Mode): https://www.cookhamabbey.org.uk/a3-finds/

    I’ve tried two Stripe Plugins the second give the measage ‘Error processing checkout. Please try again.’

    Plugin 1. Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce (Does not load to type a credit card number) (Active)
    Plugin 2. Checkout Plugins – Stripe for WooCommerce

    Any ideas?

    Hi Richard,

    thanks for reaching out.
    If just tested it with the official Stripe plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/) and everything worked fine. Have you tried this gateway?
    woo-stripe-payment throws a PHP error (Call to undefined method WC_Payment_Token_SEPA::get_html_classes()), I’m currently investigating this.
    checkout-plugins-stripe-woo seems to work fine for me. Have you tested this plugin without Donation Platform for WooCommerce? Maybe its just not configured correctly. Do you have checked the error log to see what causes the failed payment?

    Thanks Jonas,

    I’ve reached out to my Theme support (Themify). They are investiaging as we can see that it fails when the shortcode is placed using the Themify builder.
