    Hi @krosamont,

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

It could be that this shows because you haven’t received any events from Stripe yet, e.g. renewals. Over time, webhook requests will be sent to your website and the error will disappear.

To verify that webhooks are set correctly could you kindly meticulously work through the webhook guide to double-check each step was followed –

You can manually check if events exist and re-send a webhook from Stripe by logging into your Stripe account, navigating to Developers > Webhooks, selecting the webhook for your site, and then view the events and selecting a webhook event to re-send.

    Kind regards,
    Theunis C.

    Hi @ipokkel,

Thank you for your quick answer.

I have double check the link:

And for me. it seems that I have followed the instructions but I don’t see the Stripe button on my page.

I don’t know what I am missing. I have made a small screen capture video to show you what I have done so far:

I hope we can fix my problem.

    Thanks again,

I have tried to follow the guideline for the webhook again…
@ipokkel I don’t want to harass you but I am really lost here. I need your help. I don’t see what I have done wrong.

    Hey Kevin,

@ipokkel is out, so I’ll be helping. There will not be a Stripe button, but there is a checkout button on the registration page. When you click that, your purchase will go through after filling out all the information. Then, after a recurring payment goes through, the message in the dashboard of no webhooks being received will be replaced with the latest webhook received.
