    I use Stripe’s payment module for credit cards, so as not to have yet another gateway, I associated the payment by Multibanco (Portugal). Everything is correct, it generates the entity, reference and amount.

    When the reference payment is made, the order doesn’t go forward!

    After a few hours, the customer receives an email, informing that the payment was not successful and to put the IBAN in the email for return.

    Stripe informed that everything is correct:
    “From the information we see in your Stripe account, we can see that the customer completed the payment, but the ATM integration did not capture the payment within 6 hours:

    – src_1IxEUJEN4vtd5NstsfzIksxM

    Additionally, we can also see that the webhook provided by Woocommerce does not contain the necessary events for capturing ATM payments.”

    They indicated to contact woocommerce support.
    Has anyone experienced this difficulty?
