    Can add item to cart with quantity of 10. Shows ok on cart page (10x item). Shows ok on checkout page (10x item). Submit order (regardless of payment method) and order has quantity of 1.
    Can also reproduce by just going to checkout page with item quantity more than 1 in cart, then back to cart page and quantity has reverted to 1. Disable Stripe plugin, issue goes away.

    Woocommerce Stripe Gateway Version 9.6.0

    Please help.

    I can’t reproduce on another site. Must be something specific to just this one….

    Ok, i have found that issue is only present when “Apple Pay / Google Pay” is enabled under the express checkout options of the stripe plugin…

    Hi @twesty,

    Thanks again for the detailed info, great work narrowing it down so far!

    Since you’ve confirmed the issue only happens when “Apple Pay / Google Pay” is enabled under Stripe’s Express Checkout, here are the next steps:

    Check for Conflicts: Please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching to a default theme (like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four) and deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe. This helps rule out any interference from custom code, themes, or other plugins.

    Enable and Share Logs: In WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Stripe, enable Debug Mode, then reproduce the issue.

    After that, go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, find the log file with the woocommerce-gateway-stripe prefix, and share any relevant entries.

    Send Your System Status Report (SSR): This helps us check your environment for anything that might be affecting quantity handling.

    You can get a System Status Report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report, then paste it into <u>https://pastebin.com</u&gt; or <u>https://gist.github.com</u&gt;

    Let us know what you find, and we’ll be happy to keep troubleshooting with you!

    Hi there,

    Since there has been no recent reply, we will resolve this for now. Please know you can always reconnect with us later. If you do, it seems the links we provided earlier were broken. You can share your System Status Report using these links: https://pastebin.com/ and https://gist.github.com/
