Stripe Form Fields Not Generating

    Hey there!

    We’ve been trying to figure out why recent updates have caused stripe payments to not work on our site.

    1. There is a console error saying Strip is not defined. Searching this issue, we’ve tried every fix available with no success. We have copy/pasted the API/secret key to double check.

    2. Using inspect element to view the code, it looks like the form fields aren’t generating at all.

    3. Stripe was working until we ran an update for WordPress and numerous plugins.

    Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

    Hi @overwine,

    Have you tried conflict testing?

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Hi,

    I’m having the same problem. I’ve deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and stripe but still the input fields aren’t showing.
