    Ok, when a client makes a payment they receive 2 emails, I have 2 hrs trying to find those templates to include some instructions necessary for clients to access the material they purchase…
    one says in the header: LOGIN DETAILS
    and its not present in the emails templates included with the plugin

    Can you help me and point me in the right direction?

    Hi @kapturefy

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    When a customer purchases with Stripe, the ‘Checkout – Paid’ email template is sent.

    We do not send login details directly in these emails, it may be a default WordPress user registration email that is being sent in this case.

    Under “Memberships” > “Settings” > “Email Settings” there is an option on whether or not to send the default WordPress emails.

    Please ensure that the option “Default WP notification email” is unchecked.
