I’ve read over all of the other posts I could find about this error, but nothing helps. I’ve disabled all unrelated plugins except elementor. & astra pro, changed to storefront (then back to Astra), absolutely no errors in my log.

I don’t know what else to do. My Keys have no errors, and test transactions go through fine.

When I try to run my card at checkout, I get-
“Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there!

Have you enabled logging for the plugin in the Stripe plugin settings in WooCommerce?

Once that is done, do a transaction to see the error message and then grab the logs to paste here (making sure nothing sensitive is sent of course).

You can find the logs here: **WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs**

Make sure you select the most recent dated Stripe log from the dropdown and hit the button to load the Stripe logs, then paste here.

    Hey again!

So there’s not anything in the log that will tell us what’s going on. This typically indicates that there’s an issue with your Stripe account. Can you please log in there and see if there’s anything that it’s prompting you for, such as more business info, etc. ?

    Hello,

    Yes, I know.

    I figured it out.
I deleted all keys (and test) and remade them and it worked.
