    Stripe integrated website seems to have issues even though the credit card processing is successful.

    I receive this error message in Stripe.
    parameter_unknown – level3
    POST /v1/payment_intents/:id/confirm

    The payment processing is also way to slow. A few seconds and it’s not clear from the user end if it will process.

    Any suggestions or fixes?

    Our Stripe extension tries to use level3 data by default, but if a request fails with the parameter_unknown – level3 error, the request is retried without the level3 data, and plugin should automatically avoid using level3 data for 3 months after that.

    In other words, seeing that error in the log is from time to time is to be expected. Are you seeing it for *every* transaction though? That should not be happening, so let us know if it is.

    Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.
