Since 500 error is appearing, there should be some info on it in your server error log (PHP error log). Can you have a look and see if there are any fatal errors? If there are, can you post those here (don’t forger to edit out personal info).

I can’t copy a log complete because I receive a message of moderation but I have some errors in the log that I don’t understand.
Butbefore of the new version I didn’t have problems and now if I active the “check” of the other api, it’s works correctly but with the new reequeriment I get this.

This looks like you have some other plugin installed that is also deals with Stripe payments. It has older PHP SDK version installed, which causes the issue.
Can you disable all plugins BUT Stripe Payments and see if this helps?

When you say that I have to desactivate all of the plugins, I exclude the not affected with stripe for example ninja form or another ones not relevant?
However, I desactivated the contact form and other one but I have the same problem.
I bought a plugin themeum core and I didnt desactivate this because one text says that its neccessary because my website is edited but I usted that estructure and I know that this plugin has the option of stripe inside but I dont know what can I do because if I desactive that plugin I can lose my web?
According the PHP sdk I dont understsnd what mean.
I am a not Good IT so I have problems to understsnd correctly.

The plugin was travelkit core sorry
This other plugin with Stripe support is conflicting with Stripe Payments because that plugin is using old Stripe API (which is not SCA-complaint). Unless you disable it, you won’t be able to use our plugin because of the conflict.
Check your theme settings, maybe there is an option there to disable Stripe functionality?
