    Dears,

I would need your support to sort issue with some of the content on my site not being translated (despite it is considered translated by the plugin).

My site content is in Bulgarian and I use the plugin to translate whatever English strings we have coming form Woo or other forms (like subscription etc.).

Some of the strings in English could not be translated correctly, as they are detected as original strings coming form the default language (Bulgarian), thus displayed always in English – is there a way to make some changes in the database tables of the strings – where are they stored?

    Thank you for the support,
    Rumen

    Hello @rumkunev,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Please ensure that TranslatePress is updated to the latest version.

Then, navigate to the String Translation section and check the relevant strings under both the Gettext and Regular tabs. If a translation is already present, please click Save again without making any changes. If a string does not yet have a translation, kindly add the appropriate one and save it.

Please note that the Regular tab must first be enabled from TranslatePress → Settings → Advanced.

Let me know how this goes.

    Hi Daniel,

What I did is to delete the current translation on a certain string (looking in both Gettext and Regular tabs) and then translate again in the Regular tab. It is working so far for the standard Woo email strings.

Will try the method also for some button strings that are still not translated, but this should do the trick.

    Thanks for the support!
