    Hello,

I have bought RegistrationMagic (RM) Premium plugins about a couple of weeks ago. I have asked the following question over the last two weeks, but no suitable support has been given so far. After I have submitted multiple messages for help to RM support since last Friday, the response from RegistrationMagic today is:

    “Hi,

We have received your ticket and will get back to you soon.

    Regards,
Sila M. | Product Support Dept.”

All strings on RM which I need for my website can be edited and translated except this one:

“You have successfully verified your email. Your account is now active. You can login below.”

on Submission page when users click on their account activation link (upon Registrion).

    1. I have tried to edit the above string in this template:

    /plugins/registrationmagic/includes/class_rm_ui_strings.php

but nothing has been changed on the Submission page

    2. I have used Loco plugins as RM instructed to translate the above string, but it is not displayed in English language on a local language page; it means that it is not translated.

Can you please help make that string TRANSLATABLE?

    Thanks
    Daro

    Hi,

    We apologize for delayed response.

Our testing team was working on it and they figured out the root of this issue, this is in our checklist and will be updating it very soon.

One of our scheduled upcoming version will allow you to translate every string that exists in our plugin. We are expecting it to be released very soon.

    Hi,

Do you have what date you will release that update?

    Cheers

    Hello,

The ETA of this will be two weeks approximately.

    Your patience is highly appreciated.

    Hello,

Stop playing a game, guy. I did see other customers using your plugins for other languages like Russian, Spanish, etc.

If this is a bug as you mentioned, why those customers can edit some strings to suit their languages. There are two main strings which I believe you have made not editable and translatable:

    1. Subject of the account verification email
    2. The string of submission page

If I did want to pay extra for your custom work for that email verification URL and text, etc. but your support refuses?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Cheers

    Hi Thon,

As informed on the support ticket, we are going to roll out new version in couple of hours. You may update your plugin to have the reported issues resolved.

In case there are any other questions or concerns, feel free to write back.

    Hello,

Thank you for updating RM plugins. However, only the first of the two issues raised has been resolved:

    1. Subject of the account verification email
    2. The string of submission page

That string is: “You have successfully verified your email. Your account is now active. You can login below.”

-it cannot be edited in this file:
    /plugins/registrationmagic/includes/class_rm_ui_strings.php

-it cannot be translated using Loco or PO & MO

Therefore the main issue has not been resolved.

    Thanks

    Hi Thon,

As per our response on support ticket, the limitation with multilingual translation for dynamic values is because WordPress framework does not support this as inherent functionality. Since our plugin is to operate within WordPress structure, there is no direct way to by-pass it.

The message (“You have successfully verified your email. Your account is now active. You can login below.”) is being saved in database as “Account Activation Notice” (Under Global Settings-> User Accounts). As informed earlier, you may change it from User Accounts page. However, technically it is not feasible to store different versions of same message for each language.

As a work-around to achieve this, you may create different forms for each language.

    Thanks.

But there is no option for individual registration form to change or overwrite that string; it means it cannot be translated at present.

Can you help make it translatable?

    Cheers

    Hello Thon,

If you mean mean to have this string translated for individual form, then its not currently possible since it has been configured under global settings. However, as per my earlier response, we are already considering this under revamped mode of translation feature. We will be putting an option to override these messages at form level in the update that will be rolled out in couple of weeks.

    Your patience is highly appreciated.

    Many thanks.
