STRING ISSUE TO REALLY TO SEE

On my template i have this

ISN’T WORK!
but..

<?php
//the info into $globaldata['theme_option_1_text_in_html'] is "<a href="www.google.com">Google</a>" THEN

pll__('<a href="www.google.com">Google</a>');

?>

yeah!! is work.
