 * Hi, I am trying combine [first_name] and [last_name] into one continuous string
in Form Element “String Combine”. with some reason instead of first name I have
link to user records, I did see in documentation I can do [value: first_name],
but it doesnt work, in result I have “[value: first_name]Surname” instead of “
FirstNameLastName”. Can someone advise me how to do it please? also would like
to add year at the end of string, so the result would looks like: “FirstNameLastName2021”

   Many Thanks!

 * ok, I found solution, but with some reason this combined string is not saved
into database once participant fill up and submit form, I have to go to edit
participants and click update (without editing/changing any records) and then
combined text appear in the field in the database, any ideas?

 * I tested this and you’re right, the string combine field is not saved when creating
a new record with the signup form. Thanks for letting me know about this, I will
need to issue an update to fix this.
