 * Hi,
 * I seem to be having trouble getting the cookie notice exactly as intended on
   a site. I wish to have the Strictly Necessary Cookies as optional with the ability
   to enable or disable it, however it is currently permanently enabled/greyed out.
   Trying to change this in the settings does not seem to work as clicking ‘save
   changes’ on the Strictly Necessary settings page does not seem to actually save
   it.
 * I had added in Google Analytics code as 3rd party and this works absolutely fine
   as it should.
 * The intention is that it works the same as in the example 1 here [https://www.mooveagency.com/wordpress-plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance/](https://www.mooveagency.com/wordpress-plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance/)
   with the exception of it being a fullscreen format rather than a banner.
 * Thanks in advance

 * Hi [@jon10d](https://wordpress.org/support/users/jon10d/),
 * Thanks for using our plugins.
 * If you are using the Full Screen Banner feature, the strictly necessary cookies
   should be always enable, otherwise the user can’t save the preferences and browse
   your site. We have to store the user preferences (eg. 3rd party cookies disabled/
   enabled) and hide the full screen banner.
 * Hope this makes sense.

 * Hi,
 * I understand that they need to be on for the cookies to work – on your site plugin
   demonstration [https://www.mooveagency.com/#moove_gdpr_cookie_modal](https://www.mooveagency.com/#moove_gdpr_cookie_modal)
   it shows the Strictly Necessary option to be toggleable on and off? On the site
   I am working on this is not the case, and the option is greyed out. This also
   doesn’t solve why changing settings won’t save?
 * If a user doesn’t want the cookies enabled then they need to be able to turn
   them off.
