• Hi, Jeff.

    I have debug set to “true” at my sandbox site, and this is showing up above the TML login box on one page:

    Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in ~~~/wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/modules/custom-redirection/custom-redirection.php on line 92

    I also have a few of these showing at the top of my Dashboard:

    ~~~::get_object() should be compatible with Theme_My_Login_Abstract::get_object($class) in~~~
    http://wordpress.org/plugins/theme-my-login/
  • Hello @jfarthing84
    Could you plz look at the error.
    Strict Standards: Declaration of Theme_My_Login::get_object() should be compatible with Theme_My_Login_Abstract::get_object($class) in /wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/includes/class-theme-my-login.php on line 17
    Strict Standards: Declaration of Theme_My_Login_Ajax::get_object() should be compatible with Theme_My_Login_Abstract::get_object($class) in /wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/modules/ajax/ajax.php on line 21
    Strict Standards: Declaration of Theme_My_Login_Security::get_object() should be compatible with Theme_My_Login_Abstract::get_object($class) in /wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/modules/security/security.php on line 21
    I am also getting this error (see below with the traceback) which is being thrown when the main login form is being displayed.
    Strict standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /path/to/wordpress/repo/wp-content/plugins/theme-my-login/modules/custom-redirection/custom-redirection.php on line 92
    The error disappears when I remove the ampersand in line 92 in the plugin file/modules/custom-redirection/custom-redirection.php. I changed…
    $template =& Theme_My_Login::get_object()->get_active_instance();
    to
    $template = Theme_My_Login::get_object()->get_active_instance();
