Streamvideo button doesnt appear in visual editor

    Hi,

    I just updated to v1.4.0 and the plugin disabled it’s self resulting in the editor button being missing. Re-activate the plugin fixed it for me.

    Additionally, the deactivation maybe due to the update creating a 1.4.0 subdirectory instead of overwriting the root files.

    I copied all the files from the sub-dir to the root of the plugin.
