1. Could you try disabling TinyMCE Advanced and see if that fixes it?
2. Could you try changing to one of the default themes and see if that fixes it (twnetyseventeen will do)
Failing that, please set me up with a user account on your site and I’ll take a look myself 🙂

Disabling TinyMCE Advanced didnt help.
