Streams.php on line 145 issue.

    Hi, I’m trying to start a new site… but everytime I try to install the wordpress… the page returns me this error.

    Warning: fopen() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/storage/f/d6/8a/iam3/public_html/wp-includes/pomo/streams.php on line 145

    Somebody can help me??

    I’ve tried everything… I’ve change the version and the problem continues to persist…

    You need to enable fopen, not all hosts provide access to your php.ini file, if they don’t get in touch with them to see if they can help, or find a better host.

    Search php.ini for the term: “allow-url-fopen”

    Did you restart Apache if you made any changes to your php.ini file? I would get in touch with your host about this.

    I’ll ask them about it, because I don’t have any permissions as administrator…
