Streaming video

Hey wordpress community,

What would be the best way to stream one 5-minute video in high quality Flash video format embedded in a post? (WordPress is being hosted otherwise I would use Flash Media Server (FMS) and embed a stream using code…)

I don’t want to host the video on YouTube, for example, and embed their player primarily because of the low quality and I’d like to have just a simple plain player with the standard controls.

Any ideas and how certain wordpress users have or are streaming video would be great?
