Hello,
Sorry but currently I’m quite confused with your question. If you Event would only be live streamed. You could just put a BOLD Note from the Event Information that it will be on Streamed and put the streaming link on Email Template.
Yes, but it requires the postal address. I wanted to see the option, if possible, to select when it is a streaming event or not, which does not necessarily require a postal address. Now I have it mandatory, so as not to allow events to be uploaded, without the postal address of the concert hall. Thank you,

Hello,
If it’s a streaming event, There’s an option to completely disable the Location area. You could uncheck the checkbox “This event does not have a physical location.” (https://take.ms/2viW57)
If in case you can’t uncheck it, You may have the options to mandatory require the event location, You can disable it under: Events > Settings > General Options > Require locations for events?
