# Stream/Database not updating

 * The plugins database table seems to have stopped updating with new facebook posts
   abut a month ago. I’m not sure how to debug this because there are no obvious
   signs of errors besides the stream itself showing outdated posts. When I do a
   manual refresh with the “last stream update” box in the control panel the datetime
   get’s updated with the current time but nothing else seems to happen.
 * I tried adding my own access token, removing and reinserting the shortcode in
   the respective post, disabling and re-enabling the plugin itself and disabling
   other plugins that could have had a faint chance of interfering.

 * I’ve checked your page and could not identify any issues (e.g. javascript errors).
   Are you familiar with serverside debugging of wordpress applications?

 * Slightly. This is not from the production server but from my development maschine
   which has a different stack (namely nginx and php-fpm). But I guess it’s related
   since that environment has the same issue.

 * Not sure what to make of that… I’ll try to find out how I access the php logs
   of the production server.

 * I’ve never tried the plugin with nginx and php-fpm, but I recieve the same error
 * `Could not retrieve page_id for page 'y12v7i1963'`
 * on my local test environment.
    Have you checked your Facebook page settings so
   that it is public accessible?

 * Oh wow. Thats what I was thinking first so I checked and the settings were still
   on public like before.
 * But what actually was causing the issue was the country access setting which 
   restricts the access to specific origins. I removed all of them and now it’s 
   working again!
