[resolved] Stream Not Found on Videos that Used to Play (2 posts)

Hello, every once in a while .flv files that used to play now display the message "200, Stream not found..."

The files are still there. I think that maybe the files have gone corrupt, so I upload new versions. Still no luck.

This really only happens to files over 25 MB, which I upload via ftp and then insert into the media library by using the plugin "Add From Server"

    My theme is Mantra.

Thanks for any help you can give me,

This issue is resolved. Here is the resolution, in case someone else has the same exact problem.

In my case, the issue stemmed from an incomplete uninstall of W3 Total Cache. Evidently W3 Total Cache is a real beast to totally uninstall; if you're not careful, it leaves fragments behind all over the place. I found the following guide to uninstalling it completely, and now the issue is no more.
