 * wow, i just saw that Stray Quote plugin only works with Latin characters!!??
 * Is there a chance you are going to make it utf8-unicode friendly any time soon
   or do i need to look for another plugin??
 * Or is there a hack or trick to get around this problem that someone can let me
   know about??
