Ok, thanks. Maybe it’s something I have done, some dummy text I’ve entered somewhere, although I doubt it. I temporarily deactivated the plugin and used the default woo email templates. The text does not appear so it must be something related to your plugin.

Please double check on your setting by go though WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments and check if there is any text on ”instructions” field https://ibb.co/z7ZTn0V and you also can go to those templates and turn ”display payment instructions” off as reference https://ibb.co/xGncf1b.

Many thanks! Problem solved. It was in “Direct bank transfer” , I added some dummy text in the instruction field. Thanks again for your support!
