Strange support

Was asking for functionality in pro version. Was told by supporter Natalie, that i could buy for a price per hour to get what I needed. Then I asked for an estimate of time consumption and got a nasty answer back, and the answer didn’t make sense in any way.
A shame, because maby the plugin does the job. I am just not taking the chance of time waste and money spend.
