    Hi kind staff, I urgently need to fix the weird bug I encountered while booking. I state that I have done all the tests first, practically from the desktop there is no problem for what I have been able to notice, from mobile if for example I book Saturday around 19:30 it does not make me book it tells me that the time is not ‘available, instead from the backend everything is set up well, sometimes he gets completely high I don’t understand why he started doing so it’s very strange

    Hi applab,

    Could you please let me know what you have set for your schedule? A screenshot might be easier.

    Also, do you have any exceptions set up? If so, if you remove them, does it make a difference?

    Are you using any of the premium maximum features? If so, those could be incorrectly set up.     thanks for replying, I set the time to 24 hours H: i and date format gives me in placeholder mmmm, d, yyyy. I absolutely do not use fivestar premium .., I am only interested in the basic functions, thank you

    That looks right and sounds good. I just tried booking on your site, both on desktop (you will see the booking under the name Five Star) and on mobile (you will see the booking under the name Star Five). Both were for this Saturday at 19:30 and both were successful. Here are screenshots of the thank-you screen for both:

    Perhaps you are just seeing a cached version of the site when you visit, from before you made some scheduling changes?

    Image no I thought it too, it goes randomly, sometimes it goes and sometimes it doesn’t, every time I have to check if it works .. it is not truly sustainable if it has to do so every time

    now I have removed the minimum time interval and it comes out when I try to book “the reservation cannot be made for past days” but I am booking for today, the plugin really freaks out, it’s obvious

    I tried 100 times to change the settings, nothing to do does not make me book for the same day from mobile while instead from desktop it does! even if I book for the same day at different times it always tells me that I cannot book, if I change the day it works, but it is not good please resolve it is urgent

    We just released an update that should correct the issue you are facing. It’s likely that your issue is related to the timezone settings of your server vs. the plugin. We’ve updated the timezone basis for the bookings, which should also address the problem you were facing.
