# Strange problem in customize

 * Strange problem.
 * When I log in to admin side, enter appearance and customize i get the following
   message:
 * “Your session has expired. Please log in again. You will not be sent away from
   this page”.
 * On the left side there is menu (you are customizing WordPress) with different
   options e.g.
 * Active theme (Twenty fourteen)
    Typography Site identity ect.
 * The username appears correct but password are blank
 * When I enter the password it say “you are logged in” and then it repeat as above
   which mean I can’t get in and change anything.
 * Every thing beside this are working fine.
 * WordPress version 4.3.1.
 * Can anybody help to solve this problem.

 * there have been similar threads about this issue with a possible solution. Take
