• Dear Madam/Sir,

I’m using the Astra theme for my webshops.

I’ve created a product page template in which the product image element is displayed in a column in a section. The section contains another column with the prices, add to cart button, etc. (see link to page).

When I visit my website on my computer via the Chrome browser all is fine; the product image and the prices, add to cart button, etc. are displayed correctly horizontally next to each other.

However, when I’m on my computer and using Firefox or Safari, the product image and the prices, add to cart button, etc. are not correctly displayed; the product image pushes the other info downwards so all is displayed diagonally.

I’ve tested multiple computers; all had the same issue, even via Chrome.

Could you help me figure out what’s going wrong?

Let me know if you understand my issue – not sure I explained it understandably.

    Best,

    Luca

  • Hi @lucaspanjaard ,

It seems like the woocommerce product image gallery widget has an inline image width that is different for Firefox.

I don’t think this is a theme related issue. Even if you switch to another theme, you would see the same problem.

You can contact the Elementor guys who can better help you, as the product image gallery is their element and they would know how to fix this.

    Regards,
    Deepak
