    We’ve testes tour tour tour page from multiple iPhone and Android devices, but we didn’t face this issue.

    Can you tell us on which device you’re facing this issue?

    Also, you can try to clear the browser cache on your mobile and load the tour again to see if the issue is still there.

    Hi,
    i tested the site with an iPhone 8 and Blackview 9900. I also have this issue on every other phone i try with Device Mode in Chrome DevTools. It really happens pretty fast. Like in the first second.

    Hi @helloplanetat ,

    In that case, can you please tell us the screen sizes of your devices?

    Make sure that your browsers are updated to the latest version and tell us on which browsers and in which modes you’re viewing the tours.

    We’re guessing that it’s a styling issue.

    So we need to test it on our devices and identify when this issue is coming up.

    Hey,
    another question: Would it be possible, that the scene gallery is loaded, after you click the “click to load panorama” button and not right away? Wouldn’t that make more sense anyway? Because actually there is no reason to load it when tour autoload is deactivated.

    About your scene gallery issue, we checked it from our end and found a similar issue as you explained.

    However, since it’s a pro feature, would you mind coming to our site and open a ticket there?

    Your suggestion for the Autoload option is also about the scene gallery (pro feature), so it will be best if you contact us on our site.
