• When I view my self-hosted WordPress blog I see this error message above the blog:

    $file = $this->tmp_dir . $prefix . $suffix; if (is_file($file)) unlink($file); } } } ?>

    When I go to login.php I see this:

    `Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at public_html/domain.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/captcha/captcha.php:115)

    I can’t log in.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks.
