strange error when typing "and" a figure in a header

    In a site that I made for a client there is this strange error.
    If he uses the following text in a header in his content “FRANZ KAFKA AND 1908” the post can not be saved.

    – The same text without the year 1908: no problem
    – The same text as a paragraph instead of a h1, h2 etc: no problem
    – Just the last part of the text: AND 1908: problem
    – Any combi with AND (or and) and a figure: problem
    – typing & instead of the word AND: no problem

    The error message i get:
    Conflict
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    I am also gonna contact the host about this.

    I really hope someone knows what causes this!

    I contacted the host, and they changed something in the settings of the modsecurity firewall… and now the problem is gone.

    I am hoping they will also let me know how that was a problem (hoping to learn something from this weird thing)
