strange error after installation

I just finished installing my second wp installation and just found out that whenever I try to delete a default link or create a new user, I get this error:
“Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work”
Although I haven’t faced any problem with the first one. They are both wp 1.2
What is that error? How can I enable sending referrers?
