    Hi there.

    I’m having a strange error.

So I have entered the Google Form URL (which is the only thing I have entered. Is there another requirement for it to work?) and I have changed the time out time.

    But the form doesn’t work.

After loading for a while I get this error:

Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=246815

    Warning: Cannot modify header information

And have no other changes to the setting in the Google form plugin.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

That isn’t an error I am familiar with. I did a Google search and this thread came up with similar warning messages. It seems to be related to the MySQL configuration.

So the standard debug / isolation advice applies here – temporarily disable all plugins except Google Forms and see if the issue persists. If it does, then you can rule out plugin conflict and we’re looking at something else.

    Thanks for the answer.

    Yes, it was something fishy.

So I completely missed that you had to downgrade to the old google forms which I found out by accident and after some messing around it the settings it actually works now.

So thanks for the plugin 🙂
