Strange email by my wordpress site

I received a strange email some months ago. The email was the same as installation email, i mean the email that i received when i installed wordpress for the first time.

Here is the complete email:

E’ possibile fare il login come amministratore inserendo queste informazioni:

Nome utente: admin
Password: Utente già esistente. La password è stata ereditata.
