I hope this is a silly question:

I’m getting all my permalinks changed with the same code all over my site, including domain, pages, single posts, etc. The code is “#axzz2xm78VOlr”, as I said it is added to every single page/post I have (I tried from my computer, mobile, etc). My website is Daway Inglés.

The first thing I thought about was deactivating recent plugins and clearing cache. I already did that. I had also added extension seoQuake the day before, but the problem goes on if I use any other device apart from my laptop, nother internet connections, etc.

Does anyone know what this could be?

  • Are you using “AddThis Social Bookmarking Widget” plugin??

I’m using Shareaholic plugin for social sharing. It’s top right on the posts and pages.

Can you kindly deactivate that and check it once.

Yes, I have just done it and now it’s showing the shareaholic shortcode only. I also added Social Login recently, which wouldn’t work, but right now is deactivated as all the others.

Was the issue with that plugin??

Sorry, no, it’s still the same. Both deactivated. Shareaholic was on long before I started to get this error.

Can you kindly deactivate the plugins one by one, which is causing this issue.

This is due to something to enable some tracking.

I have done without any changes. I had set social login with oneall.com (which sets all your APIs with social networks and might be causing the problem), I deleted my site from oneall, cleared cache and the situation remains. Maybe I deleted my site but it’s still tracking something?

Thanks for your help, I hope this can be solved.

No, its causing from your site, not from external tracking, kindly deactivate the plugins one by one and check for the issue.

I already deactivated every plugin. This didn’t seem to work. But I have restored a previous backup, the one from 2 days ago, and the problem has been solved. I still have the deactivated plugins on my dashboard though. I’m going to try to activate them now and check whether it appears again.

    Sure.

Hello Grey Parrots! As I said, with the backup the problem was solved, and after that I tried to activate and deactivate every single plugin, no effect whatsoever. So now I’m running Social Login and it stopped showing the permalinks. I think it might be because of, as I said, oneall one-in-all APIs:

the first time I set it to check all my domain’s alternatives, *dawayingles.com and dawayingles.com. This time I only set it for http://www.dawayingles.com and it seems to work.

The problem now is that I can’t properly set up this plugin to allow me to connect social networks, but that’s content for another thread I suppose. THANKS A LOT FOR YOUR HELP
