Strange caching problem?

    When I add widgets to the sidebar on my translated front page, they do not show up. I am also unable to change the header. It uses the header from the main front page. Not sure what could be causing this conflict? I’ve emptied the cache, but the problem persists. The theme is U-Design, if that helps.

    So this is interesting:
    If I deactivate Polylang, the page shows up as intended. The header is right, and the widgets display. As soon as I reactivate, however, the header goes back to the same as the main front page, and the widget disappears. Seems like a bug?
