Strange Behaviour: The homepage keeps the theme default settings

When I am logged in to WordPress in my browser, the homepage is viewed in its correct state and the edits I’ve made on the site are reflected well. However, when the site is accessed from any browser without logging in to my WordPress account (Which is the case of all people who will view the site) the homepage keeps its default settings (even the site name still Enigma), but when clicking on any page in it, this page takes the edits I’ve made.
For more elaboration, please follow this example:
1- Access my site http://www.gis-plus.com
2- You will notice that the site title, the contacts in the header, the slider, ..etc are kept as the Enigma-theme defaults.
3- Click on any page in the site, for example: Contact Us page.
4- You will notice that site title, the contacts in the header ..etc are changed as I set them.
What might be the issue here?
