    Hello Ivan,

    The shaking on the screen is caused by some element that’s resizing the width and height of the page. You might be able to solve this issue using some Custom CSS, and we can help with. Could you provide the URL to your reservations page, so we can have a look?

    Thanks!

    Hi Ivan,

    You can use the following Custom CSS to solve this issue. You can paste it into the Additional CSS section of your theme’s customizer.

    .page-id-230 {
        padding-right: 0px !important;
    }

    Hi Ivan,

    I never have that problem on your booking page. Those fields always pop up first click for me. Could you let me know what browser and device you’re using when it doesn’t open?

    Hi,
    im using chrome, edge, opera and firefox on pc for testing an only in firefox that the pickers seems to behave nicely. Even in your demo it have the same problem: https://www.loom.com/share/582bff30cb654b558eae094118f35e22
    You can see at the beginning that i clicked and the scroll bar appear but not the picker. Again at 11sec again at 15sec and at the end. In this case i was using chrome

    Unfortunately, we just can’t make that happen on our end. I use Chrome and Firefox extensively every day, and I’ve never once had either of the pickers not open when I clicked on them. The scroll bar appears because the height of the time picker is taller than the page, so that’s normal. If anyone else can corroborate this behaviour and give device and browser specifications, I’d be happy to see if we can run that exact test. But we’ve tried this on Chrome on a PC, Mac, iPhone and Android phone, and it always opens.

    Hi again,
    I know im being a pain in the ass but i jut want to help to solve this problem. I have tested this plugin in 6 different pc with my friends. 5 with windows 10 and 1 windows 7 and all behave the same as mine. I find really odd that you cannot reproduce this error. The only thing that i can thing of is browser language. And there is this odd behavior when you open datepicker and switch tabs when you go back the datepicker trigger by itself: https://www.loom.com/share/57f9526d05534e1587c397a3d42be088
    Sorry but i just want to understand this conflit when calling de datepicker. If there is any thing i can do to help let me know.

    Got same issue here

    Any luck solving this?

    Hi andre,

    Are you able to send a video of what you mean? I just went to that page and it seems to be working fine. Please see the following video for reference:

    The side to side shaking? Weird that it’s not happening when we visit it. Is this only specific to one browser or one device? Also, when you first load the page, does it have a horizontal scroll bar (indicating maybe that your content is wider than the window, which would allow it flicker)?

    video from two different devices. The problem is observed from laptop and desktop, but everything is fine on mobile.

    The problem is observed in all browsers (Chrome, Yandex, Edge). There is no horizontal scrolling. But it got worse – the date is almost impossible to open the calendar.

    Hi veronika,

    I’m not sure what to say at this point. This is obviously some kind of conflict with something else in your install. It’s not something we can recreate on our end, not to mention it doesn’t even happen when we visit your site, regardless of browser or device. So, with that in mind, does it still happen if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty)? If not, then maybe ask the theme author if they might have any clues as to what styling or JavaScript might be contributing to this. You could also try the same procedure with other plugins.
